Loss of Appetite or Taste- Possible Deficiency: Zinc
Cold Intolerance- Possible Deficiency: Iron
Itchy Skin- Possible Deficiency: Iron
Excessive Bruising- Possible Deficiency: Vitamin C
Scalp Hair Loss- Possible Deficiency: Iron
Dandruff- Possible Deficiency: Essential Fatty Acids and Biotin
Nails Brittle or Flaking- Possible Deficiency: Iron
Muscle Pains or Cramps- Possible Deficiency: Magnesium, Potassium, Sodium, Vitamin B1
Poor Night Vision- Possible Deficiency: Zinc, Vitamin A, and possibly Vitamin B12
Diarrhea- Possible Deficiency: Vitamin B3
Constipation- Possible Deficiency: Fiber, Potassium, Magnesium, Folate, or Water
Restless Legs- Possible Deficiency: Iron or Folate
Depression- Possible Deficiency: Vitamins C, B1, B3, B6, B12, Folate, Biotin, or Essential Fatty Acids
Irritability- Possible Deficiency: Folate
Poor Concentration- Possible Deficiency: Iron, Vitamins B1, B12, Folate, or Essential Fatty Acids
Heart Palpitations- Possible Deficiency: Potassium, Magnesium, or any deficiency causing anemia
