I am a Certified Natural Health Coach. My personal health journey with Lyme disease led me to pursue a career in natural health and help others find the healing they need. 

I was born and raised in Iowa, moved around the country and came back home. I have a passion for natural health, family, and ultimately, God. I am a homeschooling mother of two and married to my soul mate, Johan, who works in agriculture and also a pilot. 

In my spare time, you will find me continuing education to bring new, trusted education to my clients. I also enjoy a good farmer's market, making sourdough, reading my Bible, and being near water or in the garden.
