Intro to Natural Health

Price: $45

30 minutes

We will meet to discuss your health history, lifestyle, habits, and goals. Sara will make recommendations and answer any questions. We then will establish a plan to start your natural health journey. 

Deeper Dive 

Price: $75

1 hour

The Deeper Dive covers everything in the basic session and adds Bach Flowers and a touch of facial reading and Iridology to the consultation.
