Sushi Bowls

One of my favorite go-to meals. Super easy and delicious.

Servings 4

Ingredients:

2 cups of cooked rice (jasmine or white is best for this recipe)

1 filet of salmon (cooked and shredded)

1 package of imitation crab (chopped)

1 cucumber (skinned, chopped)

2 avocadoes (skinned, chopped)

 

Optional toppings:

-Chopped Green Onion

-Sesame Seeds or Everything Bagel Seasoning

-Cream Cheese

-Ginger

-Wasabi

-Soy Sauce

-Yum yum sauce

(Homemade recipe:

1-1/2 c mayo

¼ c ketcup

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp sugar

½ tsp ground paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Mix together, cover and refrigerate one hour before use.)

 

Directions:

Layer in bowl starting with rice, meat, vegetables and toppings. Serve immediately with ginger and wasabi on side. A side cup of egg drop soup is a great addition to this dish!
